I am also using the goat FBZ...but you can get a gallon of it (cow?)....wow...that's a lot...but evidently we are way underdosing FBZ so maybe I will need more. I have to check what the dose is...I think he said the dose is the same as the dog weight...it all is confusing until you read it all and understand it all...I suppose it would be worth it to get an account to follow him...but I will check out the internet site first.
yeah my biggest was figuring out the liquid fbz. this video definitely helped. i think the dog fbz packets are for 10lbs (222mg i think). it always seemed like a lot when i kept reading, this video really helped.
I have figured out a half of a teaspoon equals 222mg. of FBZ...is that what you have figured out? And this dose is supposed to be for a 10 pound dog....
h-m-m...so that is the problem with the dose....
BTW if you are not taking NAC...I would recommend that...you will see SO many benefits. The other thing that is important for your immunity is your vitamin D levels. The recommended blood level is 50-60 ng/ML...you should get your blood tested so you know how much to take to maintain those levels. I started mid 20's and I take 10,000IU's a day with a Super K from Life Extension and my levels are at 60ng/mL and that will improve your immune system like you can't believe. You can check your D levels whenever you get blood work done...but you have to ask to get it done. Also you can go to a lab to get it done if you don't go to a doctor for bloodwork.
OMG...a month's supply of FBZ pills is almost $40.00...the liquid is SO much cheaper....I think my 125 mL bottle contains almost 57 doses and it costs just over $30.00...that is a significant savings....hope I am calculating correctly.
