I suggest such thinking is a trap for a couple reasons.
There are plenty of people that took the oath that have worked towards subverting the America People.
The Constitution doesn't actually do what people have been trained to believe it does (protect an individuals Self-Authority AKA Rights).
What you are seeing here is the enemy you are meant to see. This leads to trusting the enemies you don't see, and the fundamental problems in the system. These other, unseen enemies and the problems are then allowed, nay encouraged to remain and continue working to subvert our God-given liberties, just as they have been doing since the beginning (see comment).
