For me, it gets interesting at 15 mins in. Soon after that he mentions preps for invasion or martial law. I am there now so I don't know what he says later on.

Im at the 15 minute mark now. Hes talking about the survey aircraft. He mentions LIDAR. All over the major cities in the Northeast and Midwest.
