NATO member Finland breaks ground on Russia border fence

Work is underway on the initial 3-kilometre stretch of a barbed-wire topped, 3-metre-high fence planned to extend for about 200km when finished.

Hahaha that was my first thought. This isnt to keep illegal Russian immigration at bay it is to keep Finlanders from fleeing. Its the Berlin Wall all over again but in reverse.
