Does this no oath on file thing have any teeth? 🗣️ DISCUSSION 💬

I keep seeing on bideo that a FOIA requested the oaths that most of the biden admin took thats supposed to be signed by a notary or whatever, and that there are none on file. Anyone know what thats about?

There are too many things I don't know about this but my first question was about Notary Publics. I don't know how or if they could falsify that. Next, if it is not filed where it should be, do we know that for certain?
