Considering we now know about the biolabs in Ukraine and the gain of function started at the University of NC and then was moved by Fauci to Wuhan, I would say that the U.S. agencies are up to their eyeballs in this and either co-operated with China or trying to put the blame on China. I do not believe anything our government tells us anymore.
