These three hour webcasts remind me of the story about Teddy Roosevelt being asked how long it took him to prepare for a 4 hour speech. His reply was "15 minutes". Wow, they replied. How long does it take you to prepare for a 15 minute speech. He replied "4 hours." As much as you might have to say, this webcast could easily be edited down to less than an hour. Just because they have 3 hours to make the show doesn't mean many of us have the 3 hours it takes to listen to it.
The shows didn't start out so long. It's not like they are attempting to fill 3 hours by making up stuff. Rather, the discussions are ongoing and they end up taking so long.
I listen to this by ripping the audio and listening as I do a variety of things, like driving, shopping, or going places etc. There's no way I could even sit in front of a desk or even just sit there and listen to pretty much anything these days.
