Looks like the French have adopted the WEFs guidlines for intimidating police outfits just like Australian police during COVID.

Prior to COVID police used to wear more welcoming colours like Navy and Light Blue to make them look friendly and approachable. Now they are shifting to black with Ninja Turtles riot gear.
