The state of Colorado, run by majority Democrats in the statehouse and governor's office, has been pro-abortion for a number of years already.

No, this is about Misoprostol, not Plan B or the like. Misoprostol apparently blocks progesterone to induce miscarriage, even after Plan B is supposed to be ineffective.
