Maybe his political awakening came after the election although that would surprise me since govt. contracts gave life to Spacex and govt. money helped Tesla. Also, the potato’s people don’t like Elon’s non-unionized car company and his space company is the dominant force against the deep state’s political grift /contracts with all those space/military companies that control the senators and congress critters that line their pockets. You would also think the white hats are behind his takeover of twitter further exposing the deep state. Sorry for rambling. You are correct. It is shocking. Maybe he’s lying? Or maybe he isn’t into politics and is just an eccentric smart billionaire.
