Well I guess they can go about 400 miles in and kidnap more Russians, and kill christian families to send a message. And also get a huge percentage of the Russian youth addicted and overdosing from fentanyl. Still the Russian justice system will just attack the ones using the drugs, and not the root cause of the supply.
