This is an exellent community but how can we take anyone seriously as a researcher of news and information if they cannot even use the search button on here for key phrases of an article before posting? I understand there are some obscure headings and sometimes it's inevitable but the number of duplicate posts is getting completely out of hand.

I have never once in years been able to get search to work on this site and dozens of times people have posted saying exactly the same thing.
