Super computers were used to try to predict the future, this was a experiment they called Project Looking Glass. Inputting critical data, using statistics, the outcome always led to the same conclusion, a Great Awakening.

People conducting the experiment started loading information into the system. They loaded all the data points they thought would be prominent in directing the future direction of humanity. It was soon realized, after changing the data many times, it always ended with the same conclusion.

Attempts were made to change the super computers conclusion. What they realized, even if they added data points to try to steer public perception to a different direction, this new data would be seen as lies and propaganda and put the Great Awakening on a quicker timeline.

Honestly, it is about the end of the world. The military insider even says he used to think so himself but now believes it to be the end of "their" world. Both is true. The evil forces wish for a cruel world of degeneracy, beholden to Satan where no one has a soul anymore but the richest / most powerful can live forever. That's not gonna happen no matter what they try. The world will end for all of us but before that happens, an "elevation of consciousness" will take place, offering the truth to those people who are strong enough to bear it (and follow through on the conclusions). It will be biblical because only those willing to become perfect like Jesus through a revolutionary work on their souls will be saved. Everyone else's time is up and there's nothing that can stop the end from coming.
