It was a whole convoy of cars, driving up a 1/8th of a mile "driveway" marked with No Trespassing signs.

And according to the lawyer they were all revving their engines and trying to be inimidating.

That changes the story ... DRAMATICALLY.

Yeah of course the kids wouldnt say "we were trying to intimidate this hillbilly but we ran when he opened fire". But also the hillbilly wouldnt say "so there i was opening fire on some lost children for no reason".

Only one version is true or maybe something in the middle, so i'm content to await the trial
