That sounds VERY pleasant...I agree the dream state is an extension of the awake state...whether dreaming is the reality or waking is the reality...so you probably lead a very enjoyable life that is replayed in some pleasant fashion as you sleep...or vice versa. I think the only problem would be if you are sleeping and start wandering or sleepwalking...that certainly could be trouble...so perhaps it is best to think that the awake state is the dominant reality. I think the dream state is reality also...just a different reality that you really need to stay in bed for...for your own safety at least...
I have started taking high dose melatonin... as has been suggested by some...because of its' excellent anti-oxidant properties and its' use in curing/preventing cancer. I started at 60 mg. a night and I just increased to 120 mg. per night with the goal to take 180 mg. per night...
I have to say...I have never slept so soundly in my life. I do not have any dreams or nightmares...I can wake up to go to the bathroom and I immediately fall into the very deep sleep quickly. It is quite an experiment to be doing this because usually 10 mg. is the upper limit of taking melatonin. I know this has nothing to do with your dreams....I just thought I would interject this info...because I am finding it quite fascinating. Someone on this site used melatonin to cure his cancer after he was sent home to die...which is how I even became aware of all the research on melatonin as such an important anti-oxidant.
Anyway...many would be very desirous of your ability to enjoy such wonderful sleep...life is so much better with good sleep and that is such a problem with people today...get the electronics and TVs out of the bedroom for starters...
