It was back in November when he announced the 2024 run. Look up that video and watch it, it will be there. It is also in my post history somewhere if you care to deepdive me. I have caught him since being confident on the 2024 win, but I take it cautiously since we know he won 2020 in a landslide, so both things can be true.
