You could stop this is a week with just some contracts to take American crooks to African prisons.

Loot go to court get sentenced to prison and get shipped off to a Nigerian hellhole to do your time, and make it a long long time. They could do it for pennies a day compared to what prisons in the US charge, and their not subject to the mamby pamby shit laws to protect the thugs. I dare say there won't be any weight rooms and TV. They'll be lucky if their cell has a cot and running water.
