Foreign-owned farms are shipping the crop to Saudi Arabia, where it's illegal to grow because it takes too much water.

yet my sister moved to CO and was watering a new tree she planted and was told from her neighbor that she is NOT allowed to do that. the neighbor explained by her watering her tree, she is stealing water from the people that live down the road. not kidding.
