Makes sense... you can be a veteran with a first term of a minimum 3 years depending on category. Remember before 2015 obuma started talking about this and 2016 policy went into effect that services medical would pay for treatments and surgeries -scads signed up. In 2021 June the number receiving these benes was 1827 (?)
