I am a former multi-gallon blood donor but I stopped over twenty years ago after the 9/11 donation debacle. I stopped giving them money after the financial and leadership corruption revelations thirty years ago. I looked for a private blood bank to donate to but health issues prevented me from donating. Fuck the Red Cross.
