I felt the same way, but I just played the game. Now I have a house with a 30 year fixed rate at 2.125% with no PMI and I only put about $2,000 down on a $260,000 house. Even when I owned my own mortgage company, I wouldn't have been able to get a deal like that. For that, I'll play their stupid "equity" games. Why should deals like that only be available to groups of people that the Democrats choose? Either way, it's not a problem. Like I said, I'm not a salesman for them. I was just trying to pass on what turned out to be a very good deal for me. Best of luck.
