Fulford gets used by both sides if you ask me. His reach is large enough and his message is chaotic enough to be a use to both WHs and BHs. I believe there are kernels of truth that he gets from his 'sources' mixed in with a whole lot of psyop bullshit. They play him as a fool. Which he is.
