The first video introduction to Wengui was suspect from the beginning (the long form interview in the airport hangar - high production value - CCP BGY explanation limited hangout?). I remember following GNews.org during the initial drops of Hunter content. It was a disjointed rollout, with radioactive material, therefore largely shielded from any artistic input from team CCP because no one touched it, and Garrett's Marco Polo was a long ways out at that time. I tend to believe Bannon allowed himself to be wooed by Wengui, arrested on the yacht, etc. Even the cheesy "take down the CCP" song. I'm not a follower of Bannon's and don't have my finger on the pulse of that situation, but from afar, I still like Bannon for the opportunistic honeypot reception theory.
I really don't like Bannon and I don't know why our people want to associate with him, he went to Epstein and asked him for money.
Who wrote that article? They're wrong about Giuliani not verifying the authenticity of the emails. Emails are self-authenticating. Each one contains meta data showing the IP addresses of every email server it passed through. It also contains the IP addresses of the recipients.
Rudy and Steve Bannon passed out curated versions (illegal images removed) of the hard drive to members of the media who were willing to accept it. This is how I eventually received a copy and viewed the meta data within the emails myself. They are all real.
Many of the images from GNews were not on the version of the drive I received, so I cannot vouch for them. Like I said, the drive was curated to remove illegal content. But the writer of this article has no basis for disputing the authenticity of the images either.
FYI, I am not a member of the media. I'm just saying it got passed around until normal schlubs like me could look at it.

I'm pretty sure they had the contents of the laptop. At one point a link was posted to all pictures. Unaware of what I was getting into I opened the link and saw many unblurred photos of hunter naked. The link was taken down quickly but it was a full folder with 100s of pictures.
