The house is theirs now and going nowhere, cant b a bag holder of solid asset regardless of real time price action imo humans always need homes

Solid assets that nobody can afford to pay the higher rent , black rock will collapse . People can't afford to pay 2000 - 3000 a month rent with no high paying jobs. Get ready for major collapse , and incoming depression.
