We ignore Sudan for 25+ years. Russia says, "Hey Sudan!" USA freaks and sends some $, Victoria Nuland shows up, and it all goes to shit!!! Go figure!! Ukraine and Afghanistan all over again. Thanks Brandon/Obummer!!
