We know the money shifting (laundering) of our tax dollars to 'feed the eye'. Is there any proof of these failing US banks and the Vatican Bank?

I don't know unless he went the Hague. It's in Brussels. That is also where the world governing council sits. Maybe he set them straight. Everyone (in power) is walking the line and scared and panicking. They have been for a few years now.
