I just can't imagine where anyone in their right mind thought hey let's destroy all this amazing history.... It doesn't benefit anyone and really just tarnishes human history. It's just disappointing that people would go to such lengths for control over others to destroy such things that are well beyond interesting. Too be a fly on the wall back then. Such close minded fools
