The tie seems to match the colors on the background screen. The Heritage Foundation website uses gold in paragraph headers, etc. The other color seems be be blue, however.

I see 5. Taking into consideration the amount of 5's on the tie, 5x5? 5.5? 5:5? Or, maybe just a tie I wouldn't wear. I prefer a solid color tie!
