Me too. He is very knowledgeable about codes and laws etc. Sometimes, I think out of frustration, he comes across a little quirky, but all in all I tend to accept most of what he presents. He seems to be a "real" guy who has done a lot of research and knows "his stuff", but is a little short-tempered with some of us who are lagging behind. Some days he is a little more frustrated than at other times.......kinda like we are from time to time. He is refreshingly different from so many other dudes and dudettes who just ramble on about this and that with no substance and no proof.
