Are you talking about Australia, or the US?

Either way, the entire legal system is gamed and rigged against the People, and primarily because of ignorance, we fail. There are people who know what is really the situation (re: law) here in Aus, and they are winning and winning.

Because in reality, "legal" does not = "lawful".

The point is not what sets the state for them, the real crux is the actual law. And when the People are ignorant of it, they are shafted. Ignorance is our greatest enemy in this battlefield.
