As a woman who is pushing that 45 mark I will say that hormones can cause a lot of issues. Doctors would rather write you a prescription for meds and another one to combat those side effects than to dig and find out your hormones are out of whack which can be good and environmental stuff to menopause. It’s that big money talking of drugs and keeping the patient coming back
