I’m sure there were specific rooms that had hidden cameras in order to control through blackmail. Get an unsuspecting target on the island, give them some alcohol then have a pretty 15 yo flirt with them and the rest is history. I say “unsuspecting” by that they had no intention of participating in child rape that weekend but knew by fact or rumor that others would and they were going to just network and/or hang out with friends and acquaintances.
