I’ve actually thought it was reference to the ABSURDLY MASSIVE “shipping containers” (that can very well be actual rocket launchers inside) that were lined up down the pacific coast.

They claimed it was just ships backed up.

I believe it was the deep state threatening to blow the USA into smitherens if Trump won/didn’t allow Biden to steal.
