In some states its 16 years old with a parents consent. I took my son to get a tattoo in Connecticut, at a real shop because of this very law :D. But I agree. 16 years old to get a tattoo WITH parent consent, and parent present. A tattoo is far less harmful than hormones, and surgeries. AND a tattoo can be fucking lasered off really easily now.
