Most of the videos of her I've seen where she is at a podium giving a speech her dialogue is nonsensical repeated words and phrases that she states with full gravitas as though they are profound. How is this one any different?
If you know that it is not real, please find the original source where she is wearing this outfit at this event to show me so I can see that this has been altered.
If you can't, then you cannot state that it is fake.
