It gets worse with every generation [BY DESIGN from the top-down from "THEM"].
About 75% of Gen Z have ZERO interest in getting a Driver's License.
They're terrified of the responsibility of driving; they prefer Uber/Lyft/DoorDash.
I talked to a woman a year or two ago and she told me that her 20-something-year-old nephew doesn't want to get a driver's license. I didn't realize how bad it was until I saw that statistic on a YouTube video.
They can communicate and interact with anyone anywhere, so what's the point? I don't think they are scared, it's just way more expensive with insurance and used car prices. The free market is actually working here aside from the gov manipulation of car and insurance prices.
My daughter is dating and a lot of the boys (adult in age) just want to “hang out” and go Dutch if they actually do go somewhere. One of them took her out and treated on the first date and then said “second date is on you”
I also see tons of women driving and men in the passenger seat; the sad part is I'm seeing this with all age groups. It's equality, feminism, communism, etc.
You must not live near a army base or Marine camp, or a navy base, or any other military installation. Are there no powerlineman or construction workers in your town , cops and fireman? Look alittle harder and stop with the excuses.
I guarantee every one of these freeloaders never had to try out to make any team. The gimme generation is screwed once that basement they live in is owned by their recently passed parents estate. Get a fucking job douchebag.
I spent my summers with my grandparents every year from 10 years old to 17 years old. I worked full time every summer. Started with Pennysaver Route at 10, golf course at 12, and amusement parks from 14 on. Learned my work ethics there. We knew what discipline was, and if we "forgot" it was "reinforced". Wouldn't change a thing.
I worked on the farm starting when I was 10 went to college few years. Then worked commercial fishing in Alaska and then the oil field in Wyoming and then as a hot tar roofer, by the time I was p24.
Fuck no... pushing a lawnmower at the golf course and became a ride mechanic at the amusement park. Got to walk the coasters every morning with a 2 1/2 inch breaker bar to give every bolt on the tracks a yank, no room for fear of heights. Although it was 85% changing hydraulic hoses. I'm sure you've swaped one or two of those out on the fishing boat. BALLS OF STEEL I love crab so I thank you for your balls of steel. Oh yeah... I live to drive too, so thank you for doing the grunt work to make sure we all can drive. I wouldn't last a day on either of those jobs, maybe in my younger years but I don't think so.
It's not all the kids fault, the parents and schools raised them that way.
I disagree. You lose the right to blame your parents and the schools when you become an adult.
Agreed… But there comes a point when we are all Responsible for our Own Actions and can no longer blame our conditions or past .
The world is all fuked up and these kids know it, and want no part of it.
That's our fault.

I have friends who kids don't want to drive.
I find it totally bizzare,I wanted to drive since I was 5 or so.

I'd say it's a combination of both at least.
Yes, some kids are so out of touch that having to deal with anything irl is jarring to them. It's all pretty messed up.
Wow!
That’s crazy!

WTF?
That's the Equality thing.

Tell her to quit dating soy boys , there are plenty of Alfa males around.
Actually, there aren't. That's by design from "Them."
It's why MODERN women have the saying,
"Where are all the MEN?"
MODERN women have become empowered by MODERN society,
so MODERN men need to step up, and empower themselves to become a MODERN MAN.
A women can't feel attracted to a man if she feels more confident, more masculine, more dominant, more mentally/emotionally stronger than him.
This goes down to the instinctive level.
More masculine, more dominant??? Those are called dykes, and lesbians.

I bet our great grandfather's would think we are lazy pampered slackers.

You look like you had little kids jobs.
Just kidding.

The parents eventually die , and the useless kid gets a shopping cart to push around.
