Why is it always "that person was about to come forward". They say it here all the time with celebrity deaths.

Why is it always "I have the goods" instead of "here are the goods"?

One cannot be a whistleblower until the whistle is blown. Put up or shut up. Why would anyone announce that they're "about to come forward" with something?

While we're on the topic, start asking this about people like Gregggggg Phillips and Jack Maxey. Put up or shut up, Greggggg.
