Regardless of how the vote goes it seems weird that it wasnt a felony already tbh
There aren't laws yet for new crimes that have recently been invented. No one would have thought flashing minors was a thing 50 years ago, so there was no specific law about it. But there are already laws on the books about flashing in general and public nudity that should apply.
Lude acts against a minor. There have been laws against this for a long time.
