Yes that is my understanding too. Some are also estimating that that's what we are doing by allowing Southern border to be open as much as it is? But I can also be used politically to show how open the borders are and destroy what's up to the democrats? I don't know I'm just spitballing and I've only had a half a cup of coffee this morning....
