I believe he will withdraw, probably under pressure. It has nothing to do with his age or (lack of) competence. It's all about the election. They can not guarantee a win with him at the helm and he will not provide coat tails down ballot. The White Knight (forgive me, I couldn't resist) is Michelle. And - may God protect us all - she will win and have strong coat tails including at the state and local level. If the Storm doesn't happen soon, it will be too late - we won't be AT the precipice, we will have gone over.
