It was either Alan Watt or Bill Cooper who said Rudolph Hess was trying to have a face to face meeting with King George when he defected from Nazi Germany and landed in Scotland. The reason was that King George was the real authority and decision maker over Britain, not Churchill. When Churchill was able to intercept Hess, he assured that Hess's message of a peace deal would not reach the king.
Perhaps this is related to the real purpose of the Hindenburg sabotage, which may have been to prevent communication between the Nazis and the British royal family even before the war started.
I believe the purpose of the Hindenburg sabotage was twofold. 1) to ruin the Hindenburg company and family, forcing former Hindenburg supporters (anti-Hitlerites) out of German politics, continuing to clear Hitler's domestic position; and 2) to eliminate the competition with transportation & energy platforms, in this case hydrogen and more efficient transportation, that competed against Rockefeller petroleum interests. It had the benefit for the cabal of smearing Paul Hindenburg's name forever, as he had been immensely popular and fervently against Hitler.
I had come across a paper detailing use of hydrogen balloons in jet stream for efficient transport of goods and energy. Would be cool to see zeppelins come back

These are both logical theories.
Yes good theories.
