Goes to show, all people in the military are not good. Ex-marine randomly kills a jogger. I don’t care what your race is, your economic status, or your nationality, there must be swift punishment after arrest, prosecution and trial. Same punishment for Joe Schmo, as it is forGeorge Soros or Bill Gates.
