All of the fake and fraudulent claims would be for naught, if people were given jobs/positions based on merit first, irrespective of gender, race and sexual orientation. How about applications be assigned a number, as opposed to a name. Leave off applications names and sex, race, ethnicity, religion. Or just give an initial: A. Smith as opposed to Allison Smith.
this has been going on forever, but only in reverse. legal migrants use to change their names all the time to hide what ethnicity they were, Irish, Italians, etc. to get jobs, housing, etc.
