I don't know who got ahold of Jill Biden, but she looked fabulous. Her hair was styled, her dress was VERY well designed, in a flattering color and fabric and the fit was perfect. This was a rare very big win for her and she hit it out of the park. Who ever her stylist was; KEEP THEM.
