couldn't help but notice the dashcam video that's just at the right time, also the fact the person driving the car or truck that took the footage drives away slowly allowing other vehicle's pass it, shooter also gets out of a car that you might see the feds drive, just a coincidence I'm sure https://theworldwatch.com/videos/1609236/dashcam-texas-from-mall-shooting-shows-shooter-exit-his-car-and-open-up-fire/
