Look at the Metal Gear Solid comms in which "The Patriots", which had the POTUS, were actually put into position by the Illuminati. They were all AI with immense knowledge due to the public willingly giving away information in the name of convenience. The Patriots explain all of this to the player.

On YouTube, just search Metal Gear Solid 2 illuminati and there will be several videos of the gameplay.
