I've been doing the Keto along with cold controlled cold exposure. Up to 15min holds. Since burning brown fat to stay warm leaves cancer with nothing left to eat. My expiration date was Dec 2020.
I also threw in fasting 16 hours daily, 2 days a week, 3 days a month, 5 days a quarter a year, black seed oil, far infrared sauna, apricot seeds, paraguard, 20 min full exposure to sun, nothing artificial. You'd think I'm skinny but I'm 5'7 168 lbs and do calisthenics daily.
Clean oil drum I found and wrapped in cheap insulation. Fill it about half to 2/3 full of water. Freeze Tupperware filled with water. (Big ice cubes) dump in with you. Go neck deep starting with 3 minute sessions. You will naturally want to go longer over time. Don't go over 15 minutes.
Some serious guys go like an 2 hours but they are heavily monitored and doing to break records. I'm sure you'd come out cancer free after 2 hours or dead. 🤷 I've considered it.
