The “accident” was never fully explained in the article. As you go deeper, she might not have even been on a horse.

I don't think this one was vax tho, didn't it day somewhere in the article that it was a horse riding accident. Not to say they're trying to cover it up, but I just thought of Christopher Reeves and his accident.

Considering king Charles was the Primce of Wales, Windsor Castle and 7 or 8 horses just died at the Kentucky derby, I'd say sounds like comms. Just a guess.
