Oh yeah... it's THAT bad and even worse. Also assists with blackmailing/corruption operations, assassinations to look like crime or accident and even disappearing operations for "detainments" of perceived enemies. I think we surpassed East German Stasi a long while ago - Sometime in the 90's but shit got super-sized post 9/11
