I’ll just bet they want to for the following reasons: 1). The DOJ does not want DJT to campaign for the 2024 election, including rallies, 2). They want the Trump supporters to riot and the DOJ feels this would be a great catalyst to expose and arrest Trump supporters nationwide, 3) This would provide a great opportunity for the DOJ, CIA and/or FBI to assassinate a President in a totally controlled and segregated environment, since past assassination attempts have failed. I bet security cameras would also not be working or mysteriously self-erased.
